The motor will not spin, I have 120v between terminal 5 and 6. The timer will not advance on the heavy load side but will on the delicate side. I checked voltage between pins 1,2,6, and 10 and 2,6, and 10 are suppose to have 120v and 1 is 0v. I have 120v on pin 1 and 0v on pin 10. I also have a blown fuse on the motor control board. It appears to be both the timer and the board are bad, but just seems strange for both to go out at once.

It is possible that the timer went bad first and caused board to go bad but it looks like you did the correct testing and need to replace timer and board.
