When my washer gets to the rinse cycle water just continuously runs and drains. It doesn't fill up with water but will not start the spin cycle. If I manually advance it to spin cycle it will eventually start spinning and finishes just fine. Any help would be appreciated. thanks, Jay

ANSWER Hello Jay. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the machine is siphoning out. You will need to check and make sure there is only 6 to 8" of drain hose inside the drain pipe. Also, make sure the drain pipe is not backing up and the pipe is not air tight around the drain hose. Hope this helps.
