HI. My washer fills up with water but it wont start spining cycle. If we move it manually it drains the water. We check the lid already and its not the lid. Could it be the timer or something diferent. I hope you can help me thank you.

ANSWER Hello Janet. If you can manually advance the timer and it works, then you will need to replace the timer 134049500 on the washer.
