Sorry to bother you again. I have some additional information. At the start of any cycle there is no voltage at the pins to the dispenser valves and no water flows into the drum , when the rinse cycle starts the soap dispenser sees 110VAC and the bleach/softener valve see 14VAC and then the water starts, looking at the diagram it seems there must be a problem with the timer is that assumption correct and do you have a replacement?
ANSWER Hi David. Use an ohm meter to ohm the hot and cold water valve coils. Make sure they are not open. Water valve part # . If you are not getting 120vac to the wwater valve then yes it is a timer issue if not a bad wire connection at either end. Timer part # 134014700. Thank You.
