Water gets to the block but there ice ice in the block so water spills over top into ice bucket. I have defrosted the block (inlet) and am waiting to see what happens in the next ice cycle. Any idea how the block with the slope to the cube maker clear, froze to begin with?
ANSWER Chris, A couple of things to consider, first is the freezer temperature too cold ? you want an air temperature of 3 to 5 dgrs. or a product temperature of 0 dgrs, but nothing below 0 dgrs. Is the refrigerator and ice maker level?, so the water enters and flows properly into the ice maker. The most common issue for frozen fill tubes 241796401 and inlet 5304456671 is a "seaping" fill valve 242252603. Water droplets build up and turn into a block of ice. Thanks
