The top rack likes to jump off the track on one side when it is withdrawn from the dishwasher. Will replacing the wheels, screws and washers typically take care of this problem? It seems to be an alignment issue but the rear roller wheels have more play in them than the front. The mounting screws are tight.

ANSWER Hello JR. Check and make sure all the screws are tight in the unit for the rollers. If so, and there is alot of play in them, you may need new brackets 154780102. Hope this helps.
