ANSWER Hello Jeff,
You can test the water valve 218720500 to see if it is faulty. Using multi-meter check for 120vac to the water valve when the dispenser paddle is depressed. If you have 120vac then disconnect the water line and check to see if water is coming through the valve. If no water then replace the water valve. If no power then you want to check connectors going to the door to make sure that there is no damage to wires. Also check to make sure that the paddle is not broken and that the paddle is making contact to switch for dispensing water.
