Is it hard to replace the wiring harness on Frigidaire dishwasher model FDB510LCS3. The wiring burnt at the connecter to the thermostat. I need to replace the thermo and the harness or can I simply splice a connector on to the existing wire. Hate to spend the money if not need yet want to be safe at the same time.

ANSWER Hello Dan,
To replace the wire harness you will have to remove the inner panel of unit and kickplate. You would not want to splice a connector but replace the harness if you had a burnt wire.
