No matter where you set the temp. control, it runs all the time. And it is not getting cold enough to make ice and the freezer is not very cold. Thanks

Make sure the center divider isn't too hot indicating the coils need to be cleaned or the condenser fan motor could have an issue. If this isn't an issue, you should open the back wall of the freezer compartment to check that the evaporator fan is running at full speed causing an air flow issue and there is no ice ball at the point the freon lines come into the freezer compartment indicating a freon loss.
