Does the agitator assembly (p/n AP3995147) come with the Washer Agitator Coupling Kit (p/n AP3964635) or do I have to buy this separately and, will this fit on the GE washer model S1070A3WW since this model is not showing on your list?

The agitator WH43X10033 will fit the model S1070A3WW and the agitator coupling kit WH49X10042 does not come with the agitator.
