My washer GE WWA8900SALAA is not working during the wash cycle. The Agitator rotate back and forward intermittenyly. Do I need to replace both small and large agitator?

ANSWER Hello Myron, It sounds like you have a bad coupling. WH1X2641 Check this part out and see if it is wore out. Hope this helps.
