Top of the stove and the broiler work perfectly. However, when I turn the oven on to 350 degrees, it only heats up to 250 degrees. If I turn it up to 400 degrees, it will only raise the temp about 20 degrees. I tried adjusting the thermometer up 35 degrees but their was no change in the temperature. What do I need to do.

ANSWER Jim, You will want to check for power going to the bake element. At the clock you will check from L1 to bake to make sure it has 240 vac. If not then you will need to trace wiring to look for open wire going to the bake element and back to the terminal block. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
