How do I install the bear drum without ripping the felt off?
ANSWER Hi Chuck. Usually the rear drum bearing kit Part # WE25M40 also needs replaced along with the front drum glide part # WE3X63. This will allow both parts to be squared with the drum for a tight fit/and seal. You will install the rear drum bearing. Then replace the drum into the cavity. Then put the front of the drum into the top area of the front drum bearing. Bolt the front panel assy. on at this time also. Then reinstall the belt on the tub, belt tension er and motor pulley also. Rotate the drum slowly clockwise to insure belt alignment. Thank You.
