I removed the rear drum c-clip and washers and the shaft appears perfectly fine. Is part # AP2042531 a plastic bushing that slides over the shaft with the C-clip removed?

ANSWER Alex, the drum bearing WE3X75 is the rear drum bushing/bearing and will install on the shaft. Thanks!
