I just received the top bearing and 2 white bearing slides, but there are 4 places for slides to go. Am I missing 2 others and where do I put them? Thank you for your help.

ANSWER Hello Peter,
You will need to order two more slides, green ones WE1M481 WE1M1067. As per GE, each model uses 2 white and 2 green. The green ones go on top, (center positions), and the white ones go to the outside positions, (far right and far left).
