I can't lift the stove top. After I remove the screws from each burner are there clips that have to be pushed in and if so where are they located?

ANSWER Hi Deborah. Under the front panel at approx. 3-4" in from the corners. Use a putty knife to insert and release the hold down clips. Rarely are they on the side also. Thank You.
