Can't set the clock and don't have the vent fan or surface lights.
ANSWER Hello Gary. If the clock is dead, and the lights and vent do not work, and the fuse is good, you will need to replace the smart board WB27X10712 in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
