I have had this fridge for 15 years, know nothing about fridges =-) and assume any water lines are on. I was thinking if there was ANYTHING connected to the ice maker that I can turn off, I would like to so that will stop that as a possible cause. Not sure where it is or how to do so. I don't want to hurt the fridge either (assume water lines isn't used for anything else?
Feel free to email me directly if easier. THANKS!!!
ANSWER Hello Tracy. It sounds like you need to find the water line that goes into the back of the refrigerator and find the shut off valve for it. The water line is only for the icemaker and if it is not in use should be shut off. Thanks!
