Just ordered part understand direct replacement. Once installed oven still did not work. Can you help me??? We are not showing any type of power on the plate with the clock.

ANSWER Hello Allen. You will need to use a multi-meter and test and see where you are loosing power at. This is the only way to locate the issue with the unit. Be careful dealing with live voltage. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
