How do I remove the agitator assembly in order to find out if coupling is cracked or something is jammed underneath? The washer does not agitate or spin. I already tried the video that showed how to reset the motor.

ANSWER Hello Mary. Run a rope under the agitator and jerk upward to remove the agitator from the coupling.
