Refrigerator does not get cold while the freezer is fine. The door on the Damper Assembly is not stuck closed. Cold air comes out of the Damper connection on the bottom of the refrigerator and the fan is running yet the cold air doesn't make it through the Damper Assembly. There is no obstruction with in the assembly. When you look down at the fan it does appear frosty but no built up frost. Suggestion? Is there a faster speed to the fan? Coils have been cleaned.
