Freeze is good but refrigredair not cool .Then I check defrost heater and thermostar ,They are continuity . Please tell me What wrong in this refrigerator model Hotpoint HSS25GFTA WW THANK YOU

Hao for Model Number HSS25GFTA WW

ANSWER Hao, Your refrigerator doesn't have a defrost timer. The defrost cycle is controlled through the main control board WR55X10942 on the back of the machine. If the freezer temperature is in range, and there's no frost or ice built up on the back wall of the freezer, then it's not likely a defrost issue. you most likely have a failed auto damper WR60X10215 that opens and allows cold air from the freezer to enter the refrigerator. if the thermistor or damper is faulty, the refrigerator compartment will get warm.
