The part no I need is WR9X436 and the model no is TBH21DPE. It is a 12 hour defrost timer. Your website lists the part no as WR09X0436 and the model no as TBH21DPERAD but this a 6 hour timer. I don't know if the "RAD" makes a difference. Using your part and model no it says it is compatible but I need to be sure because how can a 6 hour timer be a substitute for a 12 hour timer? Pls help.
ANSWER Hello Helen. Based on the model number you provided, WR9X502 is the correct timer. 6 hr or 12 hr will not affect the function of the unit. It will just defrost more often resulting in better cooling in the unit.
