All convection and microwave functions do not work. Entering information from touch pad (numbers, functions) causes "clicks" to be heard from relay, and display to immediately show "pause". All 3 door switches tested good. Internal light, clock, sound level "beep", vent fan, do work. This failure was intermittent for several weeks then failed completely. What would be the most likely cause? Thanks.

ANSWER Hello Steve. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the key panel WB27X10071 is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit. It sounds like the panel has a button sticking on it. As you press the selections, it is commanded by the sticking button. If this is the case, the key panel will need to be replaced on the unit.
