I have 4 of these Stud roller/wheel assemblies on my upper rack and they keep coming unclipped from the rack. I had replaced the track bearings and caps but now these will not stay on the rack. Do you have a diagram that shows how they are supposed to be attached to the rack?
I am planning to order them, if needed. Not sure if anything else is needed.
ANSWER Jeff, sounds like you have the basic idea, Once the roller stud is slipped on the rack shaft, you twist the plastic retainet around to the lower roller tine and "snap" the retainer onto the tine. You may want to use a pair of needle nose pliers and make sure they are snapped and locked in place, it does take quite a bit of pressure to lock the retainer tab to the rack. Good Luck
