The water dispenser quit dispensing water. Though the ice machine still works fine. When I press the button for water you can hear a click in the back (motor?) but no water? I have shut off the water valve in the wall and disconnected the line in the back of the refrigerator, tried turning the water back on to see if there isn't any water in the line, but there is, so i turned the water back off and reconnected the line. I see lots of people posting about "frozen lines" how do I tell whether the line is frozen or not? Do i need to take the door apart? Please help me resolve this issue?

ANSWER Hello Steve,
At the bottom front of unit is the kick plate. Remove kickplate and there will be a water line connection at the bottom of the freezer door. Disconnect water line and push dispenser for water. If water comes out then the dispenser tube is frozen and you will need kit number WR49X10173.
