Seems the washer doesn't know that the door is closed or it just doesn't lock. The unit beeps like the door is open no other error codes. Is it hard to replace the door lock where can I find directions to remove?
ANSWER Hi John. Remove the power. Then open the door and remove the front spring /ring holder that holds the front of the boot. It is hidden behind the front lip and the spring is @ 6;00. Then remove the front screws holding the switch. Unhook the elect. conn. to the switch. Reverse installation of new switch part # is WH10X10006. Thank you.
