The microwave seems to work all lights controls and starts when buttons are pressed however nothing heats up. It cycles and functions like normal but nothing heats up.
What could be the parts that are bad?

Sounds like the High Voltage diode 13091701 and the High Voltage capacitor WB27X10011 have failed. If the High Voltage transformer were bad, the unit would have a low frequency growl.
