Refrigeratoor door does not close. It seems as if one of the screws from the door stop keeps coming loose. It has worn away some of the hinge on the cabinet. Do I need the new stop? Does it come with new screws ? There has been no problems until recently. There is also some fine particles on the top of the freezer door coming from that area. The gasket is fine.
ANSWER Hi. The door stop part # WR2X7213 does not come with screws. You can use blue loctite part # F8283401 on the screw threads when replacing this part. The door bottom stop is part # WR02X11675. You will need to change both top door bushings part # WR01X10493 to align them again. The door hinge/ pin assy. is part # WR13X10304. Left Screw Hinge Center Bk. Part Number WR01X10476. Right Screw Hinge Center Bk. Part Number WR01X10477. Use a little of white lithium grease on the pivot points. Make sure the unit is level front to back and side to side (very important). Thank you.
