How to test the door switch?

ANSWER Hello Peter. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. The switch should read closed on the NC and COM terminals and open on the NO and COM terminals. These will reverse when the switch is pressed. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
