Just replaced the pump assy. (WD26X10013) the washer being 14 years old, I thought it would solve the C1,C2 codes. It did not, the washer runs thru the first cycle, then the selonoid kicks in and the washer empties, then the C1 code starts to blink and the alert sound will come on until you open the door lever and reset it. The soap dispenser does not open either. What is my next move?
ANSWER Hello Emory,
You will want to check your drain hose and check to make sure that your disposal or drian pipe in sink is not clogged up. A slow drain is what causes the c1 and c2 error codes. If this checks ok then you would need to replace the control board.
