How do you remove this part (AP3795799)
The GE diagram shows there is a nut that holds it in place but my freezer is missing this part. When you turn the Drive Auger, it spins freely. Can you recommend a way to remove the Drive Auger?
ANSWER Hello Jim. The drive WR02X11941 unscrews of the shaft of the auger motor. There is no nut used when removing it. You can use large channel lock pliers and remove it with them. You may need to tap on the fingers with a hammer to get the drive started and then it should unscrew easily. Hope this helps.
