My refrigerator still makes ice, but it does not dispense the ice. I noticed the GE Drive Cup (Part Number: AP3203248) is cracked. Could this be my issue? Just need to know before I order it.
The dispense sounds like it's turning, it's just not catching the drive cup, I think.
ANSWER Hello Tdigio. Yes, if the drive cup is broke, the unit does not dispense ice. Remove the bucket and hold the light switch closed. Press the dispenser and see if the motor turns. If so, it may need the drive cup WR17X11459 replaced. Hope this helps.
