My dryer was working fine(Iwas using it at the time). One load finished and I went to start another load. It only makes a weird "buzzing" sound when you turn the start knob. I tried holding in the button, turning the start knob and turning the drum. That did not work. Could it possibly be the drive belt? Nothing unusual prior to it before it stopped working. Thanks.
ANSWER Hello Carla. Make sure the drum is not tight inside the unit. If not, you can check and see if the belt is broke. If the belt is good, you will need to order and replace the motor in the unit.
