Hi, I already replaced the water inlet vale and still am having problems with ice forming in the fill tube? What could be causing the ice to still form in fill tube?

ANSWER Hello Eric. Check and see what the temperature is inside the freezer. If it is to cold, this can cause a frozen fill tube as well. Hope this helps.
