We have an 11 year old GE side by side and had the ice maker replaced a couple days ago. Approximately how long should it take to make a full box of ice? It is about 2/3 to 3/4 full after 2 days.
Thank you.

ANSWER Hi Don, depending on the temperature in side the freezer a normal cycle for a icemaker to harvest fresh ice cubes can take any where from 120 min to 180 min. It sounds like the icemaker is performing to specs, you have to remember it's only making 7 cubes at a time. Hope this helps!
