My problem started with the oven. I turned the oven on to preheat. Oven reached desired temperature like normal. Then oven started making a clicking sound and all the lights and clock blinking. This happens every time the oven is turned on now. This also happens when a burner is turned on the stove top. Is this something that can be fixed? If so, does the fix require a repairman? Some of the other posts I read here lead me to think the problem may be the control board. Thank you for any help you can provide.

ANSWER Hello Tim, Based on information it sounds like the control board is faulty. When the control board is having heat on it the relays are clicking and which is causing lights and clock to blink. The control board [AP2362445] will need to be replaced.
