I have no clock display, checked the 2-50a breakers, they are ok, I have 110v power to the Oven Light, so I think the clock control board is bad, how do I disconnect the Ribbon Cable from the back of the clock control board, please?
I see this little plastic piece that moves backward from the connector, but it still keeps the ribbon cable from coming out. Help please! Thank you !
ANSWER Hello Frandanco. You will need to pull out on the clips on the sides of the ribbon cable. Once the clips are raised up, the ribbon cable will come out of the clock assembly WB27T10219. Hope this helps.
