I'm having the same problem as this guy,but I don't understand what you mean about where to place the green wire and where the storage box is.
In looking at your replacement range control unit, I noticed there is not a ground (green) wiring connection anywhere on the circuit board as well as a L1B (black) power connection. Can you advise in these connections as my old control unit is slightly different? From what I can see all other connections seem to be the same.

Answer Hi Ryan. The green wire connection was no longer used since the control has upgraded to a plastic control body mount. Place the ground wire under a close chassis frame screw or the nearest green wire same screw. The L-1 terminal "Daisy-chain" from the relays common terminal and jumper across one another feeding them per your wiring diagram behind the controls or the storage drawer area. Thank Y0u
ANSWER Hello Misse. The answer to him means the green ground wire is no longer used, and the storge is the drawer in the bottom of the unit where pans are kept.
