Hi, I have an issue with refrigerator- no cold air came up from freezer to refrigerator. The fan is working but no air comes through. Can you help me with my issue? Thanks
ANSWER Hello Igor. If the fan is running inside the freezer, you will need to check the damper assembly WR09X10114 and the temperature sensor WR55X10025 for the refrigerator. The temperature sensor should read around 10,000 ohms at room temperature and around 29,500 ohms at 36°. If it is outside these ranges, you will need to replace the sensor. If it is good, you will need to replace the damper assembly. Hope this helps.
