Recently my wife had the igniter in our Hotpoint range replace. The service company used a GE WB2X9998 igniter, however the oven seems to take too long to ignite ( approximately) up too 1 minute from the time you turn the oven temp knob. Additionally when I look at the glow it seems to be yellow/orange not white as you not in your video.
That is accurate for the oven to take between 60 and 90 seconds for the oven to ignite after you turn the knob for the igniter to get hot enough to open the safety valve.
