Where do I put the spring for the ice dispenser cup?

ANSWER Hi. This spring is placed (facing from the front of the unit) on the crank door recess part # WR17X10706 upper rt. pivot arm. The u-shaped spring end is placed down towards the inside of the crank door. The straight open end is placed upwards and holds tension in the fountain bracket itself. You may need to wind this end one revolution only in order to get back tension on the door to keep the chute flapper shut correctly. Thank You.
