GASKET INSERT QUESTION - this dishwasher is leaking a little bit out the bottom of the door in the center. The gasket insert seems to be in ok shape and seated properly. But there's a small flap of black material under the gasket insert I can't find in the parts diagram - could this need replacing? I recently replaced both door baffles and the door gasket - do the ends of the gasket go under the ends of the gasket insert? Any other advice or things to look for? The door seems to be closing properly with no obstructions. Thanks.
ANSWER Hi. Gasket insert part WD08X10015. You may want to remove the inner door liner, so you can check and clean any debris that has developed on the bottom edge of the door liner, and make sure the insert has been snapped and locked in place properly. You'll need to remove power to the dishwasher and remove the six T-20 torx screws from the inner door liner to remove and check it. Thank You.
