Purchased the filter adapter to eliminate poor water flow, it just trickles out. Happens after about two week after replacing filter. How do I take out filter holder that's in there now to replace with the adapter? Very poor design by g e need help... Hoping adapter with filter will solve problem. Afraid of breaking something taking out filter adapter that is in there now help-------

ANSWER Hello Red. To install the new water filter adapter you will want to remove the old filter first and twist off the old filter adapter. Once you have removed the old adapter you should be able to twist the new adapter on. You will need to purchase the new filter style for the adapter MWF. Thanks!
