I know there shouldn't be a zero or the letter O in the model number but there is. I took a picture of it. The temperature control for the front left element has stopped working. Some times it won't heat up, some times it won't cut off and other times it seems to work okay for a while. Is the problem in the switch or in the element?

This problem sounds like the burner control WB23M9 is faulty.
