I am having difficulty removing the old handle to install the new one. The trim doesn't seem to slide off as posted in previous questions. I have also tried popping the trim off with no success. Can you please advise?

ANSWER Hi. With a small blade screwdriver, slide the handle trim down and pull it out. Remove the Torx head screws. Lift the handle in and upward motion until it disengages the locking tabs. Pull the handle outwards to remove it. Door handle part # WR12X10332. Thank You.
