Just removed above stove micro to put in new cabinets. During removale rhw the "exhaust adapter" with damper was bent. At GE parts I found the adapter for about $17, but the damper was $40. Your prices are a bit lower. The damper in question is 9 5/8 inch long by 2 5/8 in wide thin aluminum and is very poorly made. It fits into the adapter. Your site shows the damper in the adapter. GE had almost the same picture with a note that the damper is sold separately. Is the damper in your adapter for the price indicated? If sold separatley, why is the damper so expensive?
ANSWER Duane, according to your model number the damper assembly WB06X10436 is the correct part listed for your microwave. From the picture found on GE's site, our site, and all other sites I would say what you see in our image is what you will receive when you order this time. It will come with the damper and adapter. Thanks.
