My water dispenser stop dispensing water I don't think it's the water valve because when i disconnected the water line at the bottom fridge, I press the button an water will flow. The ice dispenser works, I think the ice maker is making ice i will check in the morning to see if the bucket is full.

You will want to install the dispenser tube heater kit WR49X10173 to resolve the problem of the dispenser tube being frozen. Once installed it will take 2 to 3 days to thaw.
