What are the main differences between the GE ice makers IM4A and IM6? I assume the M6 has improvements over the 4A but what are they? Both units are still being manufactured and for sale I believe. Thank you.
ANSWER Hello Owen! Unfortunately, we do not have the specs available to verify the exact difference. Both part numbers are icemaker add on kits for GE manufactured refrigerators. IM4A is no longer available with our company and has been replaced by the manufacturer with part number IM6D. Thanks.
