I have GE gas cooktop JGP328WEC2WW. The rear left burner is not working. When I turn the knob I can only hear the clicks but see no sparks (I see all other three burners have sparks). I tried changing the ignitor from other good burners but results are the same. So I think it is not ignitor problem. What part went wrong in my cooktop? Thanks.
ANSWER Jim, You most likely have a bad spark module, or a broken damaged igniter wire. This time switch the igniter wires, not the igniter, and see if the symptom travels to the other burner. Good Luck and Thanks
